Cancellation Policy

Changes and Cancellation

Reservation made 10 days or more in advance should be changed or cancelled 7 days prior by calling Deluxe Limo at (424)  785-4660 or full fair including 20% gratuity will be charged to your credit card.

Reservation made between 7-10 days in advance should be changed or cancelled 3 days prior by calling Deluxe Limo at (424) 785-4660 or full fair including 20% gratuity will be charged to your credit card. Reservations made between 2-7 days in advance should be changed or cancelled 24 hours prior by calling Deluxe Limo at (424) 785-4660 or full fare including 20% gratuity will be charged to your credit card. Reservation made for next day service should be changed within 3 hours from the time it was booked or full fair including 20% gratuity will be charged to your credit card.

No cancellation is allowed if booked for the same day service or full fair including 20% gratuity will be charged to your credit card.
If you cannot find the driver at the designated meeting area please notify us by calling (424) 785-4660 to avoid full charge to your credit card as a “no show”.

Deluxe cannot guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes. If there are extra stops or additional services extra charge may apply. If cancellation is accepted, cancellation number will be provided. Please keep the cancellation number for proof or full fair including 20% gratuity will be charged to your credit card.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (APPLY TO ALL SERVICES)

Before booking any trip with Deluxe Limo and Transportation Inc., please make sure you get familiar with our terms, conditions and cancellation policy.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund, if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client.
It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.
If at any moment during the service you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact our dispatch at (424) 785-4660 immediately.
Actual total amount due will be calculated upon completion of the trip. Deluxe Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
Deluxe Limo does not accept responsibility for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic and road conditions
Deluxe Limo is not responsible for articles left in vehicle.
Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run unless already paid with a previously authorized credit card.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
