Peace and serenity are terms that are taken too lightly these days in almost every country in the world. Almost no one anymore appreciates the, apparently, lost art of slowing down and every aspect of life seems to be stubbornly progressing towards speed. From our day to day duties, our food and our traditions, we seem to always do things in a hurry, as if we are suffering from a chronic lack of time. In other words, the basic philosophy of life in these modern times appears to be based on expedience and effectiveness. However, the people of San Fernando Valley, like Sherman Oaks, Encino, North Hollywood, Studio City, Woodland Hills, Van Nuys, Calabasas, Encino, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village seem to be aware of this modern day plague, so they’ve changed their view of everyday living.
